Do you ship overseas?

Yes, but currently only our Yoga Clothes Line is available for overseas shipping. Other product lines are shipped domestically only.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

I'm in Bali. Can I order to be delivered by Grab or GoJack?

Yes. Please contact your closest Alchemy branch directly to arrange the order and delivery.
