What does this mean? In 2023, we measured, reduced, and compensated for 100% of the carbon emissions generated from making and delivering our products across Alchemy Restaurant. This milestone reflects our commitment to taking meaningful action against climate change—not just talking about it.
What Is Climate Neutral Certification?
Our Climate Neutral Certification was awarded by Change Climate, an independent, California-based non-profit organization. Change Climate provides a clear, internationally aligned framework that guides businesses through the process of measuring, reducing, and offsetting carbon emissions.
This certification isn’t a quick or symbolic process. It requires companies to:

How We’re Reducing Our Emissions
Over the past year, we’ve strengthened our sustainability framework by integrating Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting into our existing practices. Below are some of the concrete actions we’ve taken to reduce our environmental impact:
Supplier Engagement
We’re working closely with our suppliers to implement a low-carbon sourcing and purchasing policy. This includes re-evaluating existing partnerships and making necessary changes to move toward lower-carbon suppliers across our restaurant operations.

We’ve allocated funds and developed specific plans to significantly reduce energy consumption, including:
